Hi all,
Hmmmmm, Jim, have some really simple questions. One, was it plugged
in at the time, and did you plug it in subsequently? Two, did you
attempt a reset of any kind? Three, what were you doing at the time?
Sorry if these questions seem elementary, but if we can clear them up,
then we can move on to the next level.
