Hi Don!
Have you tried downloading multiple books?
This is where I have the problem.
The thing is, not all bts are doing this either, so it seems to be a hard bug to catch. I wish the copyright laws were such that Dean and others in another country could have just as much access to things like Bookshare. I mean, come on, this is supposedly a global village, yet some people act like we're still in the little old isolationist mold with authors using only old typewriters or pens to write and publish novels or whatever! Off my soapbox now and back to the topic, which is, how can all the people in New Zealand who are trying to solve this problem help us if they can't access the site where we have the trouble? Why can the Classic or the bns using software below ks 7 access and download multiple books on Bookshare but not some particular units running 7?
Again, not all of the bts or qts have this problem, just some.
This is what makes this so weird!

I hope this clearifys stuff a little, and no, I'm not offended!
Any idea at this point might shed some light on this bug.

Richard

from it

Well, I have an MPower qt-32 running keysoft 7. I connected to
the net through my wireless card, went to the bookshare site, logged in, browsed books, and
downloaded a book. Finally, I unpacked the book.

Could it per chance be the person trying to use the qt? I
suggest this since both the hardware and software of the qt work correctly.

If you take offense to this highly radical suggestion, just hit
the delete key and that will be the end of it!

Don
