An mPower will only ask for the time and date after a service reset--with the
record button--has been performed. The 4-5-6, (JKL), reset only clears all
extraneous stuff off the Keysoft system disk.
I believe classics behave the way the always have.

Hi Kathleen!
I don't know about reinstalling 7, because mine was installed at
the factory.
All the 456 reset will do is possibley ask you to reinstall the
time and date.
If you have some kind of patch, which is usually a fix-it for a
bug, you might need to reinstall it.
I don't think there are any patches for ks 7 yet, so if you have
that, all you would need to worry about is resetting the date and
time.
I did mine a couple of times, and it didn't even ask me. The
date and time were good.
Why is this?
Who knows! but hopefully, we will soon have some answers to our
very very very annoying problem!!
Keep on truckin!

Richard, hoping
