What is happening is that the download isn't entirely complete, so you only get part of the compressed file. If speech isn't turned on, it's very likely that the "failed to download" message won't be evident. I can hear it with speech, but the Braille display doesn't seem to show the message, so there is no way for a person using only Braille to know if the download completed fully or only got part of the file. This is why files are giving invalid password errors when being unpacked, since the whole file isn't there, it can't be unpacked properly. Just as in the case of Richard, Stacey, Robert, and several others, I can't fix the problem and get a full and complete download until I perform a regular reset.
