Hi, still no luck. what you suggested does nothing so I looked in the 
options menu and there is a option for grade for Braille entry and keyboard 
type but when I enter on this it says use qwerty keystrokes here. I have 
also tried to go to the option menu and press G and I get the same message. 
I have tried a simple reset but it still wont work.

I don't know whether I know of what I speak, but if you press
Ctrl G, then 20. will that convert the home row to grade two
Braille to make it work?
