[Braillenote] TOC

   The other day, when I was poking around the Keysoft drive, I discovered 
the ks.toc file.  Opening it, I think I have figured out the coding.  Is 
there a way I can make my own table of contents for my own files?  If it's 
truely not a good idea, please tell me and I won't do it.
