Greetings,
I created a template to use to export all address fields that you've
filled in to a document.
I have put it on my web site for down load.
I did not create a link to it, so just copy the link below into your
web browser and save the file on your flash drive in the keylist folder.

You may or may not like the format I chose, but you can edit the
template from within KeyWord.
Mind you, this was done on a BT, so it is a braille file.
When I get to work tomorrow, I will create it as a QT file and put it
up on my web site as well.
To use it, go to the address book menu, choose copy records from the
menu, select document and of course which folder and document name
you want, then when it asks which template to use, choose the
entire-phone-list-template and then just hit enter when it asks which
records to select and you will get all of them.
It will tell you how many records have been selected and ask if you
want to copy all selected records. Hit y, and wait until it gets
back to the keylist menu.
