Jonathan, Each time I was there, I did make quite certain that
the phone store people knew that I needed a phone with a modem.
For some reason we just could not make a connection. The
infrared phone I did get will do fine.

and I am presented with this option once the BrailleNote
discovers my
phone. I suspect this information is beyond the generalist sales
specialists at stores, as most have data specialists.
