Hi Michele:

On the BN, if you, from the Main Menu, press E, S, R, you can 
choose to either remove email from the server after downloading, 
or leave them on the server.  I would set up the Pc's email 
address in the BN, just in case you ever need to check them.  
They won't download in to your BN, unless your Pc is out of 
commission, and you specifically go in to that email address.
