Hi, Don. I tried that using the phone list template as you did. I noticed
that all I got were the name and phone number, no address, email or
otherwise and no notes.
What I want to do is to get everything in my 350 item address list saved
off. I wish we could have converted the address to a CSV file like in the
database menu.
The only two templates I can chose from are a phone list template or an
address label template. I don't think that either of them will give us every
entry in the record, but don't know for sure.

Hi Paul,

You might want to consider using the copy option in the keylist menu. You
are asked if you want to create an address list or a document, so you can
decide which available form you want to use. You are asked for the template
to use. I tried it with phone list. Not sure if that's the correct one,
but it seemed to work, at least based on a casual check of data.

You might want to try copying it as an address list to see what kind of
result that gives.

After you select the template you are presented with a selection list to
choose the addresses you want. If you press enter without typing anything,
you get the entire list just as you would in a standard lookup.

Try playing around with that and see if that will give you what you can work
with.

Don
