Sendero GPS version 3.5 is coming soon. No specific release date has been announced. 2. To learn about changes from 3.3 to 3.5, go to http://www.MySendero.com and read the document at the first link. 3. Once 3.5 has been released, users will receive an email containing their access information to the map download section of MySendero. It is not possible to access the downloads yet because the product has not been released. If you purchased GPS this year or purchased an SMA, there is no need to contact us. Just sit tight. 4. Most GPS 3.3 products purchased in 2006 included two upgrades unless otherwise indicated. For example, some state purchase orders came through in January based on the 2005 pricing and those units did not include the 2 upgrades. Once 3.5 is released, one upgrade will be deducted from new 2006 and SMA purchasers. An email containing your authorization and download instructions will be sent out along with an email containing the new 3.5 software. Be patient please. We won't be able to send these all out on the first day. However, we are already building this database so we can send out upgrades promptly after the release. 5. The price for a 3.3 to 3.5 electronic upgrade is $149 including access to the map and POI download site. The price is $50 to obtain the data on DVD as well. 6. We are no longer accepting SMA purchases that will cover 3.5. Note that the $199 electronic SMA does not include map DVDs. It does cover 2 distinct upgrade versions. 3.5 will deduct one upgrade from 3.3. 7. Once 3.5 is actually released, those customers who purchased 3.3 within the prior 30 days, will receive 3.5 for free. If someone is ready to purchase today, go ahead. I can confidently say that it will be 30 days or less until the release of 3.5. 8. If a customer did not purchase directly from Sendero, your serial number, email and other contact information will be sent to Sendero from HumanWare. There could be a lag as the logistics of this reporting are implemented.
