Dear friends,
Jonathan has promised that Humanware is going to get to the route
of our downloading issues. Meanwhile, I would be telling a
super-dooper fib if I didn't admit to being as frustrated as you
are!
To be honest, I download a lot of books from Bookshare,
because the number of braille versus recorded books is
depressing. In addition to the goodly number of recorded books
released by NLS, you can go to any bookstore and buy them too, an
option a strictly braille user doesn't have.
In the meantime, I'm retired and am a voracious reader. I love
to read certain authors, and Bookshare fits the bills. So, I
thank God every day for two special gifts: my M-Power and
Bookshare! (Maybe we can each, in our own way, say a prayer for
the Humanware troubleshooters and ask God to have mercy on us
and hurry it up!)
