Nancy; There is also an external speaker you can use. You have to keep the head set plugged in since it is your anteni and hit enter with s and the sound will come out the built in speaker on the unit. Hope this helps. Also while in media player or fm radio, use space h and you will get all the radio commands along with media player commands.
