Hi Terry, I have successfully worked with a Seeing Eye dog since July, 1964. With the addition of the Gps and the braille note I am ecstatic. I have nothing but positive things to say about Seeing Eye. They treat you with dignity and respect. They are always available for follow up when necessary, but are not intrusive if you do not feel you need their assistance. One bad apple should not ruin it for all. The behavior of the dog, most times, demends on the individual who owns the dog. Do not hesitate to contact me. My phone number is in the body of my e-mail address starting with 718. Good luck with your decision. Linda and Lilly
