This is Joseph. The website is called Software Distribution Website (SDW). Go to www.braillenote.com, click on BrailleNote downloads link, and click on the link that says, "SDW download site." At the page that opens, type in your serial number, and at the password field, type frog 1. Press enter, and you'll be taken to the webpage where you'll see the SMA count.
