Dear Listers I have had similar problems from time to time with documents. More often than not, the BrailleNote freezes and one has no choice but to do a reset without the chance to save information. I have often found this when editing scanned material.

If so, then it did erase the contents. Sarai D. I had to reset my mpower and when I did, the number was gone. Since I did not want to save it forever, I created a file and put the number directly into that file rather than the address book. So, what happened to the number? Did the reset erase it?
