Hi Angie, To go to Keyword from anywhere in Keysoft, press function with 4. To go to Keymail from anywhere in Keysoft, press function with 8.
Keep in mind that if you are in the middle of writing an Email, you will need to save it as a draft before leaving Keymail, or the message may be lost. To do this, press escape. When asked if you are ready to send the message, press d, and it will be saved in the drafts folder. Let me know if you need anymore help.
