Unless someone can help, try returning it like what I did. Then buy a
bluetooth dongle that uses the widcomm driver and software.

bluesoleil software.
Has any one had any luck with it?
It sees my devices, I just can't get anything to do anything useful. :-)
For some reason I can't find the ms stack right now.
