Hi KC,

Please don't interpret my message as being in any way hostile to you, or insensitive to your needs. I applaud your speaking out, and making your needs known. I think it's great the the list, or a significant portion of it is rallying to the cause. I am in total support of asking HW to come up with a solution that will make the BN as accessible as it can possibly be.

My complaint is with those who, in their zealous support of you, feel the need to trivialize the concerns of others. There is room enough for all of us here. And the job of trying to accommodate all of us falls to the staff of HW. As you have rightly pointed out in the past, they make a good effort at doing this.

If I have offended in any way, I deeply appoligize. Please believe that that was never my intent.

Sincerely,
Rachael

Michelle, Thank you for having the courage to speak up. (I
didn't want to get into a hassle over this issue. However, I
admit to being shocked at the hostility in some messages!

We don't all have to agree and usually don't. However, I was
not emotional when I asked for HW to find a way to incorporate
TDD/TTY software into the M-Power and find the accusation
demeaning.. Would you have accused those who asked for
incorporation of oteher featues, including games, FM radio, etc.
of being emotional? I know you wouldn't an neither would I!

Unkindness won't accomplish anything positive.Shalom!

KC
