Robert,

Sounds like you may want to consider doing a service reset.

Remove all cf sd and any other cards from the MPower and be sure you close any
open documents.

Do a service reset by holding down the record button on the side of the unit
and press reset.

You will have to reset time and date after the MPower comes back up.

Sounds like you've tried just about everything else.

Hello Rhonda,
I have fixed my e-mail problem, but the sd card issue still
exists.
What is happening, is when I insert the sd card, it does not say
anything. If I turn the unit off, and then back on it will still
say nothing, but if I remove the card at this point, and then
reinsert it, it says card ready, I can then view the folders, but
if I enter on one of them, there are no files being shown.
I have tried two different cards, and I have the same problem but
they both have files on them, and they both worked on the old
mpower.
I don't know what to do at this point.
Thanks for your help.
Robert
