Ray,

Try going into the edit menu and edit that point of interest.  Place a comma 
between fiels so it looks kind of like this:

name, address, phone, whatever.  

Then save it and you should be able to see the poi and also do the command (not 
sure what it is on the braille keyboard), but it's control p on the qt, and 
you should see the details.
