Hi, Kathleen. I ...must have read past your e-mail and didn't respond to you, sorry. I never got invalid password on the transplat Bt m-power 6.2. I was also able to enter when it said "password" when I was unpacking. I never had to put the password in. Maybe people didn't realize this. Now with 7.0 when unpacking when one goes to unpack and it says password, if you enter on it, it says "invalid password. You have to enter the Never did this before.
Nancypassword and enter.

Hi Nancy,

Let me see if we are doing this the same way.

I log in to Bookshare. IF my Password or ISP address are entered
incorrectly, Bookshare won't let me in.
When I do get through and download, I always unpack the book.
(This is to ensure I don't go over the storage limit.) The BN
will ask me for my Passord. The difference, at least fon the
Braille display, is that each character I type can be read before
I enter. IF I typed incorrectly, I would know it!
Nevertheless, I'm getting the "invalid password" message.
However, I have successfully downloaded one book; reset, and
downloaded another the next day. (Trying the same day didn't
work, even with a reset.)
Like you, I tried to go back in and found the book title with
the .bks extension. I tried again to get beyond the Password
entry, with no luck.

One final point, Sarah C. felt I should see the download
incomplete, or failure message, but it didn't happen.
Incidentally, Nancy, are you using a Classic or M-Power; KS6.2 or
7.)? I am using an M-Power and KS7.0. I never had a problem
with the 6.2 softwre.
KC
