[Braillenote] Scrambled File

   Sometimes when I send a Keysoft text file through email as a word 
document, the person who receives it gets a scrambled document.  Blocks of 
text are switched around and the cursor on the computer goes in the opposite 
of the arrow key they press.  It seems to happen more when I use underline. 
I can get rid of it by sending them a text document, but then I loose my 
formatting.  Has anyone had this happen to them?  Does anyone know what 
causes this?
