Hi friends. I am having no luck at all syncing my planner. When I have made my selections from the synchronization options and press enter on Synchronize Now, I get a message which says "The virtual circuit was reset by the remote side." and then it goes back to the Keysync menu. I have not been able to synchronize my planner or appointments since my upgrade to Keysoft 7, but I have been able to synchronize my contacts.
