After you have added all of the addresses you want to add, are you pressing escape to see the "also send to" prompt? At that point, you would go down to the subject line.

Hi all, I've taken Rhonda's suggestion for how to send group emails. I go to write an email and hit contro l to bring up the address list. I hit space to get to title and type in the title of my group. I select the records I want to send to and write the message. When I get ready to send it says that the message doesn't conform or somethinglike that. If I go in to write an email and type in each name individually I have no problem and the message sends. What could be the problem? Any ehlp is appreciated. Thank you. Stacey and Amigo
