Thanks for the note. The quick key term came from the manual where it talks about functions like, keyboard learn, date, etc. After searching for hot key, I did find the list, but I also found an oversight I think. If you use the function with s to cycle through the various tasks you can switch to, the database is not one of them. At least, not on the QT mPower transplant I have in my office.

Thanks for checking into the mp3 file stuff.

and we call them "hotkeys" not quick keys so searching the manual for that
should find you something.
