Hi Rhonda and list,
The default setting on the M-power braille display is five. I set hers to
six. One can go to nine. I set hers to nine but it didn't seem to make
much difference. My braille display which is a 32 cell display is good and
crisp to the touch but Dar's 18 cell display is very flimsy to the touch.

Hi Jim:
What is the setting on Dar's display? I don't have the mPower, but can't
you put it up to nine? Does it make a difference when you change the
settings?

Subject: [Braillenote] Braille display problem
Hello all,
The braille display on my wife's M-power seems to be having a
problem. It doesn't come up well any more. It is fine when exercising
the braille display which we haven't done often. It is slowly getting
harder for her to read what is on the display. How can she get this fixed
quickly since she is using her M-power all the time? Does it need to be
replaced? Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Jim Aldrich
