Hi Kevin, I am in the process of doing this now. Am I crazy since my Book Share is functioning perfectly with the 6.1 update? Anyway, it is 2200 dollars for the transplant and upgrade to the m Power, and if you want Gps, I think another 1500 dollars. Linda and Lilly
