Hi guys,

   first, Joseph's hypothesis is reasonable.  I still haven't had time to 
look into this myself, but when I asked about it I was told that IE was 
getting confused about something, and that navigating away from the page 
and returning might allow another file to be downloaded correctly.  It 
could be forgetting to release memory, or missing out bits of the file for 
some other reason.  I did have some useful feedback, thanks to whoever 
tried it for me.

I'll copy Dean so we remember to talk about it tomorrow.  I know he's been 
hassling some of us on your behalves! <grin>
