Hi Beverly:
Put your HTML file in MY FAVORITES. Go up the internet, and
press Backspace O. There are a list of options, one being "OPEN
HTML" file. You would go to "MY FAVORITES", and go to your HTML
document. Press Enter. You should be able to open it there.
