My mPower did the same thing. I called tech support and took much of their time as we tried to figure out why my BN would do dial-up email, and email from other networks, just not my home one. I felt like the biggest fool in the world when I remembered that my network had WEP, and I had forgotten, after erasing the cdb for connections, to put it back in.

This probably is not your problem, Richard, but try email with several networks and see if it makes a difference. Maybe your PK just doesn't like the network you are using.

Subject: [Braillenote] Error 10022

Does anyone else find that the first time you try to check your
e-mail, you get the "error 10022?" If I exit e-mail and try again
immediately, it works perfectly.
This happens 100% of the time.
I am using the PK, running KeySoft 7.

Thanks,
Richard
