I also had the same message come up with my planner several times when
trying to enter appointments.  It is a real pain.

I was advised to delete one of the files in the Keyplan folder but can't
remember which one, then to do a reset with no keys.  You may need to
ask one of the HumanWare guys which file you need to delete.

Anyway, I found that after this, all my entries had been lost so it is
important to back up your planner regularly.  Since losing my stuff
twice, I am now backing it up every two days or even more.  Hope this
problem will be fixed in the next upgrade.
