Martha and others, This is Joseph. The product key can be found at the SDW site (could somebody post the url again?). If you have an mPower, you need to download the product key onto an SD card.

I can't get it to respond, and the instructions said I'd hear sounds that it was loading right. I hope I didn't break it.
