Hi KC,
I'm not Shane,but I can tell you that you can absolutely play any
of the text adventure games without speech. In fact, most of the
time, I don't use speech, since I take in info better with
Braille, and you have to read carefully for clues. When you're in
the mood for a bit of fun and frivolity, Winter Wonderland is a
great way to start. Have fun!
