This is Joseph. At this point, KeyWeb does not support neither expand/collapse nor right-clicking. A possible workaround for the second quesiotn id to use the feature known as create favorate from current link. P.S. In ordre for us to solve the problem, please post the url of that particular website so we can investigate it.
