Hi Jo,

This is a very drastic step, one I would never take unless it was absolutely
necessary. In your case, it appears to be just that necessary. Keep in mind,
if you follow the below instructions, you will lose every piece of data in your
Email, directory of services, address list, and other databases.

Go to the file manager and press f to go to the folder manager.
Choose erase by typing e.
Choose flash disk, then space down until you see the folder called Keylist.
Press enter, and answer yes to all the questions.
As soon as your BN reports that the folder and files have been erased, press
the reset button. Don't do anything before pressing reset, once the stuff has
been erased.

Then try and see if you can at least get into your address list or Email. Let
me know how this works out.

Sarah C

Hi Sarah:

I am not able to open my address list. What do I need to do to fix this
situation? Thanks for your help.

     Sincerely,

     Jo

Hey Rhonda:

The messages were from my computer. I had some trouble with my server,
but yes when I look in to the directory of services I get the same thing. I
don't know what to do. Do you think that I should call Humanware tech
support? Thanks.

     Sincerely,

     Jolena Foster
