Richard and list,

This is Jospeh. This issue has been discussed before. There is a hidden
system file called index.dat file that resides in that particular directory.
It is used by Internet Explorer for verious purposes. Reset with dots 4-5-6
will get rid of this file, but when you start keyWeb, the file will
reappear. I hope this informaiton may help you.

Hi Jonathan and list!
I have a problem in that when I try to delete temp files in internet
options, I get the message "The directory is not empty."
I also have a problem in that when I try freeing database space in email,
even when I have 200 emails, my mPower running ks 7 tells me the operation
is complete zero bytes freed.
How can I find out if this is true or if I really am deleting files and
freeing database space?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Richard
