Yeah, space plus M would work for me for selecting files. It would also be
easy for the old Blazie people, as we were used to that command. I'm sort
of new, so I wasn't sure it was already picked to do something else.
And I also agree that being able to open a file from the file manager would
be nice, but it would require Keysoft to know a lot about file types.

The simplest way would probably be to somehow let KeySoft select
files/folders with the SPACE-M command, like email. I know I have said
this before, but replies to suggestions seem to be the thing to do as they
demonstrate interest in that suggestion. Count my vote in, most
definitely.

Subject: [Braillenote] Not-so-small suggestion
I have a suggestion for an improvement which I would like very
much but which might not really be feasible. If it isn't feasible, then
it just isn't. But anyway, I've gotten very used to being able to go
through file and folder lists in Windows Explorer and select contiguous
and even noncontiguous items. Sure would be great to do this on the BN.
I know we can use the wildcards, and that's really wonderful, but it's not
really the same thing.
I guess I'm really saying that I wish that Keysoft were maybe
just a little bit more like the positive side of Windows. Without the
negatives, of course, like the obtuse error messages, the bad help
systems, the even worse tech support, etc. No, I don't want the bad stuff
about Windows, but a little more file and folder functionality would be
nice.
I realize that with the Keysoft system, these things may not be
possible, but they sure would be nice.
Thanks for hearing me out.
