I've loved my BrailleNote EmPower a lot, even though it broke down twice. Since I got Keysoft 7, it has run like a dream. I've only had to reset it twice in two weeks despite my forgetting to exit programs on numerous occasions. That's an old, bad habit I got from over a decade and a half of Blazie products, but it isn't good for the BN.
