Hi Jay:
I've learned how to navigate the billsparks.org site using a
QWERTY keyboard. Now, I am trying to teach someone how to do it
using the Braille keyboard. What is the trick, and if you
wouldn't mind, could you give me some of the frequencies you
found? If you feel this would take up too much list space, would
you mind writing me off-list?
