This is Joseph. To do this: 1. Go to ActiveSync. 2. Click on Tools/Options. Go to Rules page and select conversion. 3. Uncheck the box that says things about file conversion. Click OK. 4. Click OK at the Options. Start synchronizing again. This is the recommended setting unless otherwise stated.
