I believe the point might be this; for those using the mPower, it
is possible to press the record button and record at will. The
basic reason for this implementation was for someone to hurry and
record information without accessing a file. One can record
information, and deal with it later. For those using a classic,
the option isn't there. I believe the point is, that we are
always told to go to Main Menu when the machine is not in
operation. I believe Linda's point was that, as in other
products, you can turn it on, and write what you need to.
