Hi don,
I got my braillenote empower transplant in early march. I received a
programs disk that said 6.2. but I am running keysoft 7. so I will go get
keysync from the hw web page.
now I have two pdas, the braillenote and maestro. And depending on what I'm
doing it looks like I'm going to have to uncheck and check contacts and the
planner in active sync depending on which device I'm using.

Hi Denise,

Well, your first problem is that when you establish the partnership in
activesync, you need to uncheck all the items for synchronization.

You have to do the synchronization with a combination of activesync and
keysync which should be on the cd you got with your MPower. If it's not
there, it should be on the humanware site.

Activesync does not do any of the synchronization itself, just provides the
path for keysync to do the work.

Hi all,
I am not sure how I did it, but I finally got my pc and the braillenote to
connect to one another. However, even though I told active sync to sync now
and I used bluetooth, nothing happened. In other words, I know I have
contacts and planner information that should be going to the devices, I
don't see anything. Can anyone help with this issue. By the way the resolve
items in the active sync says it's unavailable. Also I went to the active
sync options list and checked all that I wanted to sync, contacts, calendar.
So what is missing?
Thanks.
