Hi all,
I, too, never interacted with Dean on a one-on-one basis, but I
would always read his posts to the list. I knew that he would
always have some piece of information or encouragement, even if I
had never read the rest of the posts. His hard work, dedication,
and willingness to help with even the most basic problems or
queries is a good example to everyone.
