Hello to all of the list and Humanware Staff:

I want to express my shock when hearing about Dean's death. I also want to let Dean's family know that I will be praying for them and that he will be greatly missed. I didn't know him personally, but he gave some really good tips to help with the braillenote and other products. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Susan Mangis" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Subject: [Braillenote] Braillenote] condolences

What a shock to open the e-mail message stating that Dean had passed away. I couldn't believe it. I want to express my condolences to both Dean's family,
and the Humanware staff. Dean always provided helpful information, and
answered my questions. I could certainly use his help getting my computer
and BN to communicate via blue tooth. I spent the morning attempting to
accomplish this task without success. Then I opened my e-mail to the
announcement from Humanware. What a shock.
