Hi Mary Ellen,
There is a write-protect switch on the SD card that must have gotten moved
and you need to move it back. As you look at the SD card, put the slick
label side up, and point the card so that the ridged area is facing down and
toward you. There will also be one corner of the card that's sort of
slanted which should be toward you and to your left. Now then, locate the
recessed area on the right side of the card. The write-protect switch is in
there and should be easily accessible, but you'll have to use your
fingernail or a thumnail to slide it from one position to the other. The
write-protect switch is on when it's toward the rear of the card, away from
you. Slide it towards you and you should be in business. If not, then you
may want to check File manager to see if the files in question are
protected.
