No problem! I remember this being a huge stir on the list. Many
of us felt like we should have been able to download it and then
I'm sure you'll remember the whole thing about the little tiny
Windows licensing stickers as being the reason that we had to
receive an actual physical medium for this upgrade. (YIPES!!).
Tell your friend that they'll have to submit their SMA to Concord
and hope for the best. I'm assuming that it's still available.
