I haven't done this on the Voice Note, but I assume it would be the same as on the computer. I usually go to the NLS web site at: www.loc.gov/nls and go to "Read Braille Book Review." I look at the current Braille Book Review, the Html version. There are links to the volumes of each book. If you enter on the link, it will ask for your user name and password. When that is entered, it will take you to the dialog box for saving and downloading the file. The file will be in a BRF format, which you can read on your Braille or Voice Note.
