This is Joseph. Windows CE 5.0 supports Bluetooth Audio profile.

No.  As far as I understand, Windows CE 4.2 does not support the 
bluetooth profile required for bluetooth audio.  Bluetooth 
adapters are available, though, that convert input they receive 
from being plugged into an audio jack into bluetooth for a 
dedicated pair of headphones.
