If I remember it right, I got mine for about $89 - not from Humanware. I
think I got it from Amazon about a year ago.
But you have to be extremely sure it's on the compatibility list.

You can order an ethernet from Humanware, but I don't believe you
can do it from the site. If you are talking about the one that
has the ruggedized cable on it, I believe it's about $159.00.
